hmm...

There pretty isn’t much to blog about these days because nothing much has been happening in my life. MST starts tomorrow and I barely started my revisions, okay I already did a cycle of engineering math revision tutorial. I’ve been trying to find something inspirational to write about. I’m watching this movie, ‘Almost Famous’ starring Kate Hudson and Billy Crudup.

The story is about this 15 year old William Miller, hired by Rolling Stones Magazine to tour with, and write about Stillwater, an up and coming rock band in the 1970s. William discovers more than just fame and glory while touring with the band. Meeting people and crashing into parties, it made William realize that there it is more than just music, groupies, sex and drugs, but internal conflict between the band mates and what they did behind their backs such as sleeping with one of the band mates’ wife and trying to hog the limelight for oneself. I guess that they have been living in a fantasy where they can enjoy life and be free from responsibility. Hmm… speaking of bands and concerts, this year’s Bay beats will be held on the 3rd to 5th of august. Well I guess there will be more Indie rock bands performing this year. You guys really got to check out the local bands which will be performing this year’s Bay beats. Their sounds are really good, I’ll post more about the details when I got the time.

Anyway, there’s a rumor that AVENGED SEVENFOLD WILL BE COMING TO SINGAPORE!!! WOOT!! I heard it from Sara, but if it really turns out to be true, I so got to go for this one. Hopefully they will perform ‘Warmness on the Soul’. Haha…

Well I got to study now. I’ll post my teen icon performance footage tomorrow and upload some pictures too…
